Corner Crew is run by Riley Vidulich, trading as Vidulich Group (ABN 65 875 483 941), Sydney, Australia. These terms are the plain-English summary of how our plans work. Every gym signs a service agreement before we start, and if anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

Plans and prices

Corner Crew App is $299 a month and Corner Crew Full is $499 a month, both with no setup fee. Add-ons are priced on our website or quoted in writing. All prices are in Australian dollars. Vidulich Group isn't registered for GST, so no GST is charged; we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice if that changes.

Billing

Your first month is charged when you sign, then monthly in advance on the same day each month, by direct debit or card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank details. If a payment fails we'll let you know and try again; if it's still unpaid 14 days later we may pause the service until it's paid. Your data is never deleted because of a late payment.

Term and cancelling

Plans run for an initial 12 months from the day your app or website goes live, then continue month to month until either of us gives 30 days' notice by text or email. Because we build everything up front for no setup fee, ending in the first 12 months costs an early-exit fee that drops each month you've paid and reaches $0 at month 12: on Corner Crew App, $1,500 less $125 for each month paid; on Corner Crew Full, $2,400 less $200 for each month paid. There's no early-exit fee if you end the agreement because we've seriously broken it and haven't fixed it within 14 days.

Refunds

Monthly fees cover the month ahead and aren't refunded for part of a month. If something we provide isn't working, tell us and we'll fix it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if we don't provide the service with due care and skill, you're entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.

The Growth Guarantee

10 new people through your door in 90 days, or your monthly fee pauses until there are. It applies to both plans for gyms with at least 30 members in the app, provided the gym does its part (QR poster up, a monthly comp with a prize, free mate passes mentioned in class, guests marked in the app within 48 hours). If the target isn't met, your monthly fee is paused, not charged, until it is, and your 12 months are extended by the paused months. Full terms are in your service agreement.

Referral reward

Every gym you refer that signs up earns you a free month on your plan, once they've paid their first month. No limit. The free month is applied to your next bill, can't be exchanged for cash, and the referred gym needs to be new to Corner Crew.

Club Store

If your gym adds the Club Store, members can buy merch with your logo in your app. We sell it, take payment and arrange printing and delivery, and pay your gym its share of each sale monthly. Items are printed to order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but anything faulty or printed wrong is replaced or refunded.

Your data and your brand

Your gym owns its name, logo, content and members' data, and any website domain we register for you is in your name. We handle members' information only to provide the service, keep each gym's data separate, and never sell it. When an agreement ends, we give you an export on request and then delete your data.
